Marissa Jacobs is a seasoned professional in experience strategy with a strong background in customer experience and design. Currently serving as a Lead CX Strategist at MERGE since October 2018, Marissa has previously held the role of Senior Experience Strategist at the same company and worked as an Experience Strategy Intern at BEAM Interactive. Early career experience includes roles as a server at Olive Garden and The Pasta House Co., where Marissa honed skills in customer service, teamwork, and leadership. Additionally, Marissa gained graphic design experience as an intern at Ditch the Clutter. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from Syracuse University, where the focus was on Industrial and Interaction Design, complemented by a minor in LGBT Studies, alongside an Associate of Arts in Fine Art from East Central College.
