Maude Belanger is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and marketing automation. Currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at MERGE since January 2019, Maude leads a consulting services team while championing the organization’s values and driving initiatives to meet key business objectives. With a background as a Senior Consultant in Marketing Automation, Maude holds the Marketo Certified Solutions Architect credential and specializes in transforming Marketo into a revenue-generating platform. Previous roles include mentoring aspiring marketing operations professionals at Highway Education, and holding marketing and communications positions at NuRAN Wireless and Hey! Marketing créatif. Maude possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Université du Québec à Rimouski and has a solid foundation in recruitment and customer service from earlier positions at Nordia Inc. and TELUS.
