Tess Foley

Tess Foley, M.S., currently serves as a Talent Associate at MERGE, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Tess worked at World Wide Technology from May 2022 to May 2025, where responsibilities included various human resources functions as a Human Resources Generalist and onboarding processes as an HR Onboarding Intern. Tess contributed to the redesign of the candidate onboarding tracker using Smartsheet and mentored first-year interns. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Talent Acquisition Intern at DePaul University and roles in customer service at Whole Foods Market and City Barbecue. Tess holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources, both from DePaul University.
