Tracey Jackson

Tracey Jackson is a Senior Director of Experience Design at MERGE, where responsibilities include leading the design process and overseeing communications for health system projects while ensuring compliance with WCAG 2 standards. Previously, in roles such as Associate Creative Director and Senior Art Director at Dodge Communications and MERGE Atlanta, Tracey focused on UX/UI design for healthcare B2B clients, mentoring junior designers, and managing cross-department collaboration. Earlier experience includes directing creative efforts at Inward Solutions, graphic design roles at Turner Broadcasting and Design That Works Communications, and design internships at Cartoon Network Latin America. Tracey holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Atlanta and has additional education from the Rochester Institute of Technology and the University at Buffalo.
