Lance Buchanan

Lance Buchanan is a retired Site Director with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly in manufacturing operations. They served as VP of Manufacturing Operations for Herbalife from 2019 to 2023 and currently hold the position of VP Operations Gummy Manufacturing at MeriCal®. Lance has a strong background in procurement and operations management, having held various roles at Mars Petcare, including Technical Buyer and Purchasing Manager across multiple facilities. They graduated with a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
