Al Guari has a diverse work experience that spans across various companies and roles. Al started their career as a Manager of Training and Development at the University of Scranton in 1999. Al later became a Part Time Continuing Education Instructor at the same university from 2002 to 2010. In 2002, they also joined PNC Bank as a Vice President in Business Banking, a role they held until 2005. Al then worked as a Commercial Loan Officer at Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank from 2005 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Mericle Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. as a Vice President, and they are currently working in that position. Additionally, they have been a Part Time Instructor at Pennsylvania's State System of Higher Education since 2015. Overall, Al Guari has a strong background in real estate, banking, and education.
Al Guari's education history begins with their academic diploma from Monsignor Farrell HS, which they obtained from 1980 to 1984. Al then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Scranton between 1984 and 1988. Al Guari furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from the same university from 2001 to 2003.
In addition to their formal education, Al Guari has also obtained several certifications. In 2000, they became an Associate Broker certified by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission Department of State.
