Michael McGreal

Michael McGreal has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Studio Coordinator at Merida since October 2007. Prior to this role, Michael worked at Delta Airlines from July 1978 to September 2007, holding various positions including Reservations Sales Agent, Air Cargo Sales Agent, and Airport Customer Service Agent. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Northeastern University (1975-1978) and an Associate's degree in the same field from Middlesex Community College (1973-1975).
