Will Hedges

Will Hedges is a finance and operations professional currently serving as the Head of Finance & Operations at Meridia since 2023. Previously, they held roles such as Acquisitions & Corporate Development Manager and Head of M&A at Dwarfs, and Manager in M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte from 2019 to 2021. Will is also the founder of HOME RUN | AMS-LDN, where they organized a notable 500km running challenge across four countries to raise over EUR 40,000 for charity. They have experience in customer care and sales from their time at Ambassador Theatre Group and served as a court attendant during the Wimbledon Championships from 2013 to 2015. Will holds a BA in Geography with First-Class Honours from the University of Nottingham and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed their studies with ICAEW from 2015 to 2018.
