Tom Curtin

Tom Curtin is a seasoned policy advisor currently serving as Senior Policy Advisor at Meridiam since January 2025. Prior to this role, Tom was the Program Director for Infrastructure at the National Governors Association from November 2020 to January 2025. Tom's experience includes a significant tenure at the Maryland Department of Transportation, where roles included Chief of Staff and State Legislative Officer. Additional positions held include Manager of Government Affairs at MTA Maryland and various legislative roles within the Maryland Municipal League and Maryland Judiciary. Tom began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Furey, Doolan & Abell, LLP and has held positions at the Federal Communications Commission and Squire, Sanders & Dempsey. Tom holds a JD in International Trade, Telecommunications Law and Policy, and Administrative and Legislative Law from The Catholic University of America, as well as a BA in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
