Meridian Development, LLC is a real estate development company focused on the multifamily space. Along with our parent company Cornerstone Associates, LLC, we have developed and invested in over 30 communities across the Midwest and Mountain West states.

Our company is strategically minded, staffed by industry experts and poised to capitalize on both the growing senior rental market and ongoing urban reinvestment occurring across the U.S. We have a deep understanding of the secondary markets we target, and our local connections allow us to access deals and value that other groups cannot. As a vertically integrated firm, we oversee the development process from pre-development through operation and is key to our continued achievement of long-term investment success.
