Deb Conner has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Deb started their career at Crossroads Bank in 1999, where they worked as a VP Loan Operations for over a decade. In 2010, they moved to Beacon Credit Union and assumed the role of Loan Officer for almost a year. Deb then joined Finastra in 2011 as a Training Team Lead, where they worked until 2020. During their time at Finastra, they gained expertise in training and leadership. In 2020, they worked briefly as a Training Specialist at OpenClose Loan Origination Software before transitioning to their current role as a Software Instructional Designer at MeridianLink.
