John Utterback has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. John currently serves as the Director of Customer Success at MeridianLink, where they implemented the first-ever customer success program, hiring, training, and developing Customer Success Managers. John has also worked as an Account Manager at MeridianLink, managing the relationship with SaaS DecisionLender LOS for numerous banks and credit unions.

Prior to their role at MeridianLink, John was a Business Analyst Lead at Kforce Inc for the year 2021. John also has experience as a Digital Banking Manager at DuPage Credit Union, where they managed the digital banking channel for a regional credit union.

John's earlier roles include a Sales Engineer at Impact Networking, LLC, where they managed software solutions and developed custom business process improvement solutions. John also worked as an Outside Sales and Estimating professional at Jondec Painting, responsible for estimating projects and selling painting services to residential and commercial customers.

Furthermore, John has experience as an IT Project Manager at Fidelity National Information Services, where they directed IT network infrastructure and software implementation projects. John also served as a Core Banking Applications Specialist at Wintrust Financial Corporation and as an AVP Deposit Operations at MB Financial Bank.

Throughout their career, John has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

John Utterback holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance & Information Systems from Purdue University Daniels School of Business. John also has a Graduate Certificate in Banking/Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder. In addition, they obtained a BPM Specialist certification from AIIM International in December 2018.
