Chris Jones

Chris Jones has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at 合创企业科技(广州)有限公司, where they were responsible for end-to-end software cycle functions, collaborating with stakeholders and translating requirements into automated data collection and visual presentations. From 2014 to 2016, they joined Zoom as a Software Engineer, where they created reports, assisted the IT department, and compiled metrics for analytics using NodeJS, AWS, Python, Tableau, PHP, and other tools. Later, from 2016 to 2018, they served as a Business Analyst at Zoom, facilitating validation of requirements, participating in sprint planning and reviews, and making recommendations for operational processes. Finally, since 2018, Chris has been working at Meriplex as a Project Manager, where they coordinate with stakeholders, configures security settings, and manages user roles and profiles in Salesforce.

Chris Jones earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Hunan University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. After completing their undergraduate education, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at UC San Diego from 2009 to 2011.
