Corbin Novak

Corbin Novak has an extensive work history spanning multiple industries. Corbin began their career in 2004 as a landscaper at Castle Rock Nursery, where they maintained properties and ensured a pleasing appearance for customers. In 2006, they worked as a seasonal sales associate at Just Sports, providing customer service and assistance with purchases.

From 2006 to 2013, Novak worked at Computers and Beyond, starting as an assistant manager and computer technician. Corbin'sresponsibilities included help desk support, course instruction, sales, and computer repairs. During this time, they gained experience with various Windows operating systems.

In 2009, Novak joined OfficeMax as a sales associate and logistics specialist. Corbin'sduties included providing excellent customer service, operating cash registers, and organizing shelves. Corbin also gained experience in inventory control.

In 2013, Novak joined the NYS Office of Information Technology Services as a desktop support specialist and later as a help desk technician. Corbin provided technical support and troubleshooting for a large number of users, as well as assisting with the migration and upgrade of systems.

From 2014 to 2015, Novak worked as a support technician at C3i, stationed at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc., where they reported on a permanent basis.

In 2015, Novak joined AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) as an IT support administrator, providing technical support on a global scale and maintaining various systems. Corbin later served as an associate system engineer, leading a global initiative for unified communication platforms and managing projects and engineering teams.

From 2018 to 2021, Novak worked at Intelligent Technology Solutions Inc. as an information technology service desk manager and later as a manager of client services and support. Corbin oversaw day-to-day operations, managed teams, and resolved escalated service tickets and issues.

In 2021, Novak joined BridgeTech as a manager of client services and support. Corbin was responsible for overseeing team operations, managing client accounts and relations, and motivating and coaching team members.

At present, Novak holds the position of director of operations at Meriplex since October 2022.

Corbin Novak pursued their education in a systematic and progressive manner. Corbin began their educational journey in 2004 at Castle Rock High School, where they acquired a High School Diploma in 2008. Following their graduation, they enrolled at Lower Columbia College from 2006 to 2013, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree with a focus on Transfer Degree. Subsequently, Corbin attended DeVry University from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology.
