Eric Speer, MBAHA Finance, FACMPE, has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, specializing in value-based medicine across various sectors including primary care and pain management. Currently, they serve as Chief Executive Officer at OrthoAdvanced & Spine and a virtual Chief Information Officer at Meriplex, providing strategic IT services to physician practices. In their previous roles, Eric held positions such as Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer at Neuragenex and Chief Administrative Officer at Centeno-Schultz Clinic, where they significantly expanded operations and improved financial performance. Eric also teaches healthcare students about organizational development and leadership as an Affiliate Faculty at Regis University and has an MBA in Healthcare Administration/Finance from the University of Colorado Denver.
