Ethan Wolfe

Ethan Wolfe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the financial and insurance sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Acera Insurance since September 2022, Ethan also holds the position of Vice President at Clairvest Group Inc. and acts as a Board Observer for Meriplex, a provider of secure intelligent networks and IT managed services. Prior to these roles, Ethan was a Board Member at F12.net, a leading Canadian IT managed services provider, and worked as an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at TD, where significant advisory contributions were made on major transactions. Previous experience includes a tenure at Chubb as a Senior Underwriter focusing on financial institutions and energy resources. Ethan holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University, with additional studies in business administration from KU Leuven.
