Jacob You

Jacob has a comprehensive work experience in the field of IT. Jacob started their career at Jinyeo Network Solutions in 2015 as an IT Specialist, where they provided customer service, consultation, and management for over 50 clients' network and computer systems. Jacob also offered user end support for various applications, email, desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Additionally, Jacob managed and optimized hardware and software technologies including Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, storage systems, and backup solutions. In 2019, they joined Enhanced Technologies Group, Inc. as a Service Analyst Level II before moving on to Meriplex in 2022 as a Sr. Systems Analyst.

Jacob attended California State University, Fullerton from 2012 to 2015, where they studied Computer Science. Jacob did not obtain a degree during this time. In February 2019, Jacob obtained a certification in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA.
