Jon Loi, PhD, is currently the Associate Director of R&D, AI & Image Algorithms, leveraging over 13 years of experience in biophysics, mathematics, physics, and computation. They earned a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have previously held roles as a Research Assistant at both the University of Wisconsin-Madison and UC San Diego. During their tenure, they contributed to significant advancements in image analysis, machine learning, and cancer research, co-authoring grants and developing innovative algorithms and software. Jon also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at UC San Diego, instructing on circuits and electronics.
