The VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Team at Merit focuses on the digital modeling and simulation of construction projects to streamline the design, engineering, and construction processes. Their responsibilities include creating and managing detailed 3D models, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, structural, and architectural elements, developing automation tools, and maintaining project controls. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance of complex cleanroom and M&E projects across various highly regulated sectors.

VDC Team

The Project Management Team at Merit oversees the planning, execution, and completion of offsite construction and manufacturing projects, ensuring they meet the stringent regulatory standards unique to sectors such as healthcare, bioscience, and pharmaceuticals. This team coordinates between design, BIM, and VDC specialists to implement cutting-edge solutions, manage construction activities, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They play a critical role in bidding processes and liaising with clients to align project goals and timelines.

The Finance and Accounting team at Merit, comprising two Management Accountants and a Financial Controller, is responsible for managing the company's financial operations. This includes budgeting, financial reporting, cost analysis, regulatory compliance, and fiscal strategy to ensure the financial integrity and performance of Merit’s offsite construction and manufacturing projects in various high-regulation sectors such as healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
