Merit Media is a flat-fee paid ads agency for businesses where every dollar has a job.

Here's the problem with most agencies: they charge a percentage of your ad spend. The more you spend, the more they make — whether or not it's working. We think that's a conflict of interest, so we removed it. One flat monthly fee. Incentives aligned. If the strategy doesn't earn its keep, you shouldn't keep us.

What we run: Google, Meta, and LinkedIn ads for service-based businesses that need booked appointments and qualified leads, and ecommerce brands that need spend tracked to real revenue — from health practices and family businesses to summer camps and founder-led DTC brands.

What makes us different in practice:
→ Plain-language reporting — you'll always know what's happening and why
→ Honest numbers, including when they're not pretty
→ Tracking rigor that finds the sales and bookings your platform dashboard misses
→ Led by a founder with 14+ years and $80M+ in managed spend at TD Bank, Simplii Financial, Fairmont, and Langham Hotels

Recent results: ~30x return on ad spend for a cosmetics brand · $50K+ in new revenue credited to ads by a summer camp · lead costs cut to a third of platform benchmarks.
