Some women come to us after years of trying everything. Different diets, different programs, different versions of themselves — and still feeling stuck.
That's exactly who Merit Weight Loss & Wellness was built for.

Founded by Stephanie Sisk APRN and Veronica McPike APRN, Merit is a medical weight loss and hormone optimization clinic with locations in Topeka and Leawood — built on the belief that women deserve real answers, real support, and a team that's genuinely in their corner.

We offer medical weight loss including GLP-1 and compounded medications, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetic services, and vitamin and Lipo Stat injections — all through a membership model designed to keep you supported every step of the way.

Three years running as Topeka's Best Weight Loss Center — an honor that belongs to every client who trusted us with their journey.

If you've been looking for a place that actually gets it, we'd love to meet you.
