Nat Simons

Nat Simons is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and finance sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder of Prelude Ventures since 2009, focusing on cleantech investments. Simons also holds the position of Managing Director at Meritage Group and Co-Founder of the Sea Change Foundation, both roles established in 2007 and 2006, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Principal at Renaissance Technologies from 1994 to 2007, where a commitment to mathematical methods in investment was emphasized, and participation as a board member and vice-chair thereafter. Early career experience includes working at Cylink Corp from 1989 to 1992, specializing in secure transaction solutions.
