Gregory Clutter, PE, currently serves as the Vice President and previously as the Director of Land Development at Meritage Homes since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager and Project Engineer II at HR Green, Inc. from May 2016 to July 2019, where Gregory managed a variety of civil land development projects and designed essential facilities for multiple site developments. Earlier positions include Associate Engineer at Jones|Carter and Project Engineer at FDH Engineering, Inc., where Gregory specialized in utility design and structural analyses, respectively. Gregory holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed in 2010.
