Drew Evans has a strong background in real estate acquisitions and investments. Drew is currently the Director of Acquisitions - Texas at The Meritex Company, a family-owned real estate investment and management firm. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President - Acquisitions & Investments at Covington Group, Inc., where they focused on redeveloping and repositioning distressed properties. Drew also worked as a Senior Associate at Covington Group, Inc. Drew's experience extends to Westmount Realty Finance, LLC, where they served as a Summer Associate - Acquisitions & Investments. Drew started their career as an Economic Development Analyst & Urban Planner at Gideon Toal, Inc.

Drew Evans has pursued higher education in various fields. Drew obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Real Estate from the Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business. Additionally, they completed a Master's Graduate Certificate in Urban Development and Revitalization at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to that, Drew Evans earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science with a specialization in Urban Policy and Practices from the University of Richmond.
