Sharon Willis

Sharon Willis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sharon began their career in 1994 as a Sales/Showroom Manager at Richard Rubin Apparel, where they managed associates and presented clothing lines to buyers at trade shows. From 1996 to 2001, Sharon worked as a Real Estate Agent at Prudential Atlanta Realty, assisting clients with buying and selling homes through market analysis and marketing efforts.

In 2000, Sharon briefly served as an Assistant Showroom Manager at Enesco Corporation. Sharon then transitioned to TriPrisma Real Estate Services in 2008, where they worked as a Property Manager and Office Manager for retail strip shopping centers. In this role, they handled leasing, property management, and contractor management.

In 2010, Sharon joined Meritex Corporation as the Assistant Property Manager for their Atlanta portfolio. Sharon managed 21 office industrial warehouse properties and was responsible for tenant relations and property maintenance. Recently, in 2021, Sharon became the Property Manager for The Meritex Company, overseeing 24 office industrial warehouse properties and a large number of tenants.

Outside of their property management career, Sharon also worked as an Usher at Fox Theatre Atlanta GA and Alliance Theatre in 2006.

Throughout their career, Sharon has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle various responsibilities in different industries.

Sharon Willis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Arts at Carson-Newman University from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, they obtained an RPA certification from BOMA, but the specific start and end years are not provided.
