Cal Goode (SHEP)CHST is an experienced safety leader with over 30 years in the field, currently serving as Safety Director at Meriton since February 2019. Previously, Cal spent 26 years in the US Navy as Steelworker 1st Class (Seabee) and worked as Safety Manager for TDIndustries, Inc. from February 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included maintaining safety programs within the Dallas Construction Business Unit. Cal holds a degree in Safety Health Environmental Professional from The University of Texas at Arlington and has further education from Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX).
