John Arlt

John Arlt, CPA, is a Chief Accounting Officer with over 15 years of accounting leadership experience. At Meriton, they currently serve as CAO, guiding strategic direction for the accounting function. Previously, Arlt held key roles at Fluence, including Director of Global Accounting and Consolidations and Senior Director - Operational Controller, where they developed global accounting processes and managed compliance for a recently IPO company. They also contributed to The Toro Company's financial reporting and corporate accounting functions while fostering collaboration across various teams. Arlt earned a BSB in Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
