Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith, M.Ed, is a University Recruiting Leader with a rich background in Higher Education and over eight years of experience in university recruiting. They began their career as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Oklahoma before becoming the Residence Hall Director at the University of Central Oklahoma. Ryan has since excelled at Paycom, where they were promoted to Senior University Sales Recruiter, recognized as a Rockstar College Recruiter multiple times, and have participated in the Paycom LEAD Program. Currently, Ryan serves as the Lead University Recruiting Talent Acquisition Partner at Meriton, continuing their passion for developing young talent. They hold a Master’s Degree in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Oklahoma, where they are currently enrolled.
