ABOUT MERITORIOUS®

Meritorious is a SaaS platform revolutionizing how corporate military ERGs, government veterans affairs programs, and veteran-serving nonprofits build and sustain engagement. Through our Community-as-a-Service model, we provide organizations with private, custom micro-communities designed to foster long-term connection, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship for military veterans and spouses.

Traditional engagement methods rely on fragmented tools like email, Slack, and Eventbrite, making it difficult to track impact and sustain participation. Meritorious replaces these costly, disjointed solutions with a streamlined, all-in-one platform featuring mentor matching, content sharing, forums, direct messaging, and built-in analytics—all in a secure, customizable space. This enhances retention, reduces churn, and provides organizations with measurable insights into their impact.

ABOUT THE MERITORIOUS FOUNDATION

The Meritorious Foundation brings our mission of empowering veterans and spouses to life through impactful networking events. These events are designed to foster career growth, professional connections, and peer support for the military community.

Virtual events are industry-specific, such as the "Veterans in Tech" series, which connects veterans with experts and mentors in technology. In-person events are focused on outdoor, experiential networking, including "Veterans, Guns & Cigars" and "Veterans, Fishing & Cigars," which provide a relaxed setting for meaningful connections.

Together, Meritorious and the Meritorious Foundation ensure that veterans and military spouses have access to valuable networks, career opportunities, and a strong support system.
