Stop guessing who can sell.

meritt. is the AI assessment platform for sales talent. One short spoken assessment shows whether someone can actually sell. We assess your candidates and the team you already have, so you hire and coach on evidence, not a hunch.

Every assessment is one calm, spoken conversation with an AI interviewer, scored on four behaviours:

Curiosity - Finds the deal
Coachability - Compounds
Communication - Lands it
Grit - Closes the year

Every read cited. No CV guesswork.
