Leading the charge across Aerospace, Defence, and Space.

MERITUS connects worldwide industry talent with pioneering organisations through our multitude of bespoke talent attraction and retention methods, designed with you in mind.

We are the fastest growing Aerospace, Defence and Space brand in the UK, specialising in innovative talent resource solutions within the security cleared space. We work in partnership with our clients on projects undisclosed to the general public, supporting the curation of their resource supply chain. These include both permanent and contract recruitment, executive search, fast-growth solutions as well as RPO and talent-on-demand.

Our depth of expertise in a variety of secure verticals as well as our supreme knowledge of the clearance process separates us from the market. We are one of very few to have consultants internally who have held the highest-level Government clearances and have operated on the other side of the coin.

Our aim is to disrupt the traditional industry, by offering service lines entirely modern to the laboured support points presented on the market currently. We mitigate risks, we mitigate time consumption, we maximise delivery.

We are MERITUS.
