MERKY is a recruiting firm built around one obsession: signal.
Most hiring is reactive and noisy, roles open, everyone rushes, candidates get forced into a job description, and companies hire under pressure.

We built MERKY to do the opposite.

Our ambition is to become the connector of trajectories
by combining AI intelligence with human judgment.
We use AI to continuously map talent and company DNA: skills, seniority signals, domain patterns, team histories, mobility indicators, and timing. This lets us spot the right people before the market becomes a race.

Our models are self-hosted, privacy-first, and designed to reduce noise, not replace humans.

Then our recruiters do what machines can’t: qualify deeply, challenge assumptions, protect trust, and guide both sides to the right decision.

We don’t “fill roles”.
We create high-signal matches that change careers and strengthen teams.

If you’re hiring for critical roles and want a calmer, smarter process
Let’s talk.
