Michael Bailey

Michael Bailey has a strong background in software quality engineering. Michael worked at MerlinOne starting in 2018 as a Software Quality Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Software Quality Engineer II at enLabel Global Services from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they managed and owned the quality process and the software development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Before their roles in the software industry, Bailey was a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at Wells College from 2008 to 2011, where they graded assignments, tutored students, and assisted faculty with computer problems.
