Michael Kilcommons

Michael Kilcommons is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Finance Director at MERLYN since June 2022, Michael has also held the position of Non Executive Director at Motoklik since September 2020, where involvement in investor negotiations for initial fundraising was notable. Previously, roles included Chief Financial Officer at Modubuild, GiftsDirect.com, and TheIrishStore.com, as well as Group Chief Financial Officer at Innovu Group, where Michael led M&A and financing efforts for the acquisition of Wexford Insurance Group. Michael's earlier tenure at MERLYN from January 2014 to July 2018 contributed significantly to a 20% revenue growth year-over-year and a remarkable 400% increase in EBITDA.
