Adam Capron is an experienced designer specializing in footwear, currently serving as Color Designer II at Merrell since November 2016. In this role, Adam collaborates with various members of the product development team to conceptualize and develop footwear for Men's Active Lifestyle, while also contributing to Women's, Performance, and Work categories. Prior to Merrell, Adam worked as a Footwear Design Intern at Timberland, where responsibilities included collaboration among design, product management, developers, and engineers, as well as gaining insights into the Timberland brand. Adam holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Rochester Institute of Technology and also participated in a study abroad program at Hochschule Anhalt.
