Ryan Kik

Ryan Kik has extensive experience in product development and design, currently serving as Developer I at Merrell since June 2021, where previous roles included Product Development Associate and Product Development Intern. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Human Centered Designer at Invent@NMU from May 2020 to May 2022, collaborating closely with clients to translate business ideas into completed products through tasks such as product sketches, CAD creation, and market research. Educationally, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from Northern Michigan University between 2018 and 2022.
