Grant Roberson's work experience begins in 2010 with Windstream Communications, where they worked as a Service Activation Coordinator. In this role, they processed service orders, programmed phone lines, and collaborated with representatives and field technicians to meet customer needs.

In 2013, Roberson joined EPB as a Support Technician, responsible for resolving service issues by communicating with customers and managing multiple cases simultaneously. Grant later became an Inside Sales Representative, where they presented product information to customers and managed the entire sales process.

Roberson then transitioned into a Business Sales & Support Lead role at EPB, leading departmental initiatives and obtaining data to recommend solutions. In 2023, Roberson joined Datasite as a Salesforce Administrator/ Business Analyst. In this position, they analyze workflow problems, formulates process solutions, conducts training, and plans project implementation.

Throughout their work experience, Roberson has developed proficiency in various systems and certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and CAMS.

Grant Roberson's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Dalton State College, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Grant continued their studies at Dalton State College, completing a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Leadership from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Grant has obtained certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Associate in September 2022 and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) in May 2021.
