Jason Hatlestad has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Jason began their career in 2005 as a Desktop Support Intern at ATK, where they provided desktop/network support to over 500 users. In 2006, they founded their own IT support company called Nerd Herd, where they supported multiple clients with various IT needs.

In 2012, Jason joined The John Roberts Company as a Senior Software Developer and Software Manager, leading a small development team and providing technical support to sales teams. Jason then moved on to work at Curb Crowser as a Senior Software Developer, where they led and managed software development projects for both internal and external applications.

At Upsie, Jason served as the Head of Technology, overseeing engineering efforts and supporting the design and development of the Upsie platform. Jason also led strategic integrations with third-party APIs and internal system build-outs.

Jason then joined Fision as a Lead Software Engineer, where they developed and supported a SaaS-based Marketing and Sales enablement web application. Jason also led a team of full-stack engineers and collaborated with other departments to enhance the product.

In 2019, Jason founded 32Hats, a technology consultancy providing services to organizations of all sizes. Jason then joined Datasite as a Senior Software Engineering Manager, responsible for building self-sufficient teams and driving revenue through new product ventures.

Throughout their career, Jason has showcased their expertise in various technologies and frameworks such as C#, .NET, React-Native, and more. Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully leading and managing teams to achieve growth and success.

Jason Hatlestad completed their high school education at Robbinsdale Armstrong Senior High School from 2001 to 2005. Jason then attended Brown College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Network Development. Continuing their education at Brown College from 2007 to 2009, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology.
