Mitchell Andersen has a diverse work experience in customer support and sales roles. Mitchell started their career in 2011 as an Apple Specialist at Best Buy, where they assisted customers in transitioning to Mac and focused on upselling and building customer relationships. In 2014, they joined Apple as a Red Zone Specialist, providing customers with a world-class buying experience for Apple products and offering feedback to maximize sales results.
