Victor Claesson

Victor Claesson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2009, they founded the Young Enterprise company Va sa ru HB, where they gained experience in sales, meeting planning, and forecasting. Victor then worked as a Media Assistant for HV71, where they contributed to a project aimed at improving fan engagement. In 2014 and 2015, they worked as a Customer Service agent at Ulricehamns Sparbank, handling financial transactions and implementing digital services. Victor joined Swedbank in 2015 as a Customer Service representative.

In 2015, Claesson became a member of a talent network called -Nova-, which focuses on nurturing academic students with strong academic qualifications, social skills, and business drive. Victor remained a member until an unknown date.

Victor later joined Heaps as an Activation Specialist, working there from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they gained experience in customer activation strategies. In 2016, they began their journey in the telecommunications industry by joining 3 Sverige as a Regional Manager, where they had budget responsibilities and built relationships with partners. Victor transitioned to the role of Key Account Manager in 2017, overseeing sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction for key partners.

In 2019, Claesson joined Intralinks as an Account Executive, where they focused on sales in the Nordics region. Victor successfully managed accounts until 2021 when they moved on to their current role as the Sales Director for the Nordics at Datasite. In this role, they are responsible for leading sales efforts in the region. Overall, Claesson has consistently demonstrated strong business acumen, relationship-building skills, and a customer-centric approach throughout their career.

Victor Claesson obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from Jönköping International Business School, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they participated in an exchange semester at Singapore Management University. In 2014, they also had an exchange semester at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de la Rochelle: Groupe Sup de Co as part of their Bachelor International program. Prior to this, from 2011 to 2012, they studied Business Management at St. Francis College. Claesson completed their secondary education at Tingsholmsgymnasiet in 2010, specializing in Entrepreneurship.
