Merritts are a leading specialist in the installation, relocation and storage of manufacturing machinery and industrial equipment, providing bespoke solutions to meet with the customer’s exact requirements. Our premises are HMRC approved as a customs bonded warehouse facility which allows our customers to defer payment of import duty and VAT. Items that are temporarily imported into the UK before either installation in the UK or delivery into the EU or re-export can be stored in bond giving a VAT and duty deferment.
 
During 2008 we expanded our services to provide export packing and shipping services. We are now able to remove equipment from a customer site, transport to our warehouse facility and arrange for the equipment to be packed to any specification and shipped to any destination in the world.
