Dany Oueini

Dany Oueini is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service support and business applications development. Currently serving as the IT Service Support Section Head at Mersaco since July 2006, Dany has achieved a 92% customer satisfaction rate on the Mojo Helpdesk system and has successfully led significant projects such as the BI initiative for management dashboard reporting. Previously held the position of Business Applications Development Section Head at Mersaco, where Dany managed a development team and contributed to the implementation of the Knapp warehouse automation system and Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. Prior experiences include positions as Project Leader at Astrolabe ICT and Analyst Programmer at ALI BIN ALI, as well as roles at the Ministry of Finance Lebanon and OGERO. Dany holds a BS in Computer Science and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Lebanese American University.
