Kaustubh Dighe

Kaustubh Dighe is the President and Founder of Merton Riser, a company established in 2016 that specializes in riser integrity management solutions utilizing high-resolution robotic inspection tools and engineering assessments to enhance the service life of components and reduce overall costs for clients. Prior to founding Merton Riser, Kaustubh Dighe held various roles at Transocean from 1990 to 2015, culminating in the position of Managing Director for the Far East and Australia, with responsibilities spanning engineering and project management, operations management, and global marketing in diverse regions such as Brazil, Indonesia, and Russia. Kaustubh Dighe's academic qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Strathclyde Business School, and a B.Eng in Chemical and Process Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.
