Before joining Mervis Recycling, David held the position of Yard Manager at PSC Metals, Inc. from March 1999 to January 2004. Additionally, David worked at Luria Brothers from February 1995 to March 1999, where responsibilities included Scrap Operations Manager and Quality Manager. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
