While we may be new to the Mervyn Smith family, we're committed to maintaining the values that have made this agency a cornerstone of Kingston's property market since 1975.

Our focus remains on the heart of our community - the stretch between Richmond and Kingston on the Surrey side of the Thames. We've always been particularly strong in Ham, Petersham, and North Kingston, and we're excited to continue serving these areas with the same dedication and local expertise.

The incredible sense of family within the agency is something we are determined to preserve. Many of our staff have been here for years, even decades, embodying the deep local knowledge and genuine care that sets us apart.

Our office on Ham Parade has been a constant presence since 1975, serving as more than just a place of business but a local hub.
