Katrin Hoffmann

Katrin Hoffmann currently serves as a Global Commercial Strategies Enablement Expert and Global Blended Learning Specialist at Merz Therapeutics, leading a global omnichannel transformation and CRM adoption project since November 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Learning Business Partner at AbbVie from July 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities encompassed change management, omnichannel management, capability building, onboarding, and project management. Additionally, Katrin worked as a Working Student focusing on onboarding processes, e-learning, and multichannel management at AbbVie. Previous experience also includes a position as a Working Student at Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, providing support through a student services hotline. Katrin is pursuing a Master of Health Business Administration at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, having completed a Master of Arts in Educational Science with a focus on lifelong learning and media education, as well as a Bachelor of Education in Social Studies, History, and Educational Sciences at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz.
