Akshay Pol

Akshay Pol is a skilled Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing roles. Currently serving as a Senior Estimating & Process Engineer at MES, Inc. since June 2021, Akshay previously worked as a Manufacturing Process Associate at Honda of America Mfg., where responsibilities included coordinating shop floor activities and conducting non-destructive testing. Experience also includes a role as a Volunteer Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington and several positions in manufacturing engineering at Pratik Engineering Works and Disha Enterprises, where Akshay implemented efficiency improvement techniques and managed inventory control.
