Bear Files

Bear Files is a seasoned professional in visual and creative design, currently serving as a Website Visual Designer for Mesa Laboratories, Inc. since December 2024, focusing on UX design across various domains. Previously, Bear held the position of Creative Services Manager at Agena Bioscience from June 2017 to May 2025 and at Accriva Diagnostics from May 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included creating websites, email campaigns, and print designs. Bear also owned Evolution Design, providing web design and brand consulting services from March 1994 to May 2015. Additional volunteer experience includes roles in the YMCA Adventure Guides Fundraising Committee, the San Diego North Economic Development Council, and the North Coast Business Group. Bear earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from San Diego State University between 1985 and 1990.
