Mark Hoff

Mark Hoff is the Director of Operations for North America at Mesa Laboratories, Inc., where they focus on driving operational excellence through strategic oversight and smart manufacturing principles. Previously, Mark served as General Manager at Panasonic Energy of North America, playing a pivotal role at the Tesla Gigafactory 1 and contributing to production efficiency and alternative energy solutions. With a rich background that includes positions such as Director of Operational Excellence at The IMAGINE Group and Sr. Operational Excellence Manager at Ingersoll Rand, Mark integrates Lean Six Sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Currently, Mark is pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Kentucky.
