Mark Cadle

Mark Cadle is the current Director of Corrosion Solutions at MESA. Mark has been with the company since November 2009 and in their current role since January 2021.

Cadle was brought on as Director of Services with the task of building a sales team to reach annual financial targets for all of MESA's service lines. Through their leadership, the company has seen increased sales volume and new customer acquisition.

In response to a corporate restructuring a few years ago, Cadle implemented a sales training program and restructured the sales process with specific new targets. This led to increased efficiency and profitability across the company, establishings standards for consistent performance metrics and competitive pricing strategy.

Mark Cadle has been a certified trainer, teacher, coach, and speaker in the field of organizational leadership for many years. Mark has also worked as a criminal justice/police officer for many years. Mark has a degree in criminal justice/police science from The Ohio State University. Mark also has certifications from Leadership in John Maxwell Team, NACE International in NACE Corrosion Specialist, and NACE International in NACE Cathodic Protection Specialist.

Their manager is Cary Hill, CEO. Mark Cadle works with Jami Jackson - Manager, Human Resources, Terry May - President, and Kevin Pastotnik - Director, Project Services Group.
